The TrailBlazers started hiking in the fall of 2002 and we now have over a hundred members.

Want to become a TrailBlazer? Attend one of the bimonthly meetings or show up for one of the hikes. Get to the hike meeting place about ten minutes before the start time and come ready to hike - comfortable walking shoes, water, a snack or lunch, and proper clothing for potentially cold or rainy weather, or sunscreen for sunny weather. If you decide you'd like to join, print a copy of our membership form, fill it out, and bring it along.

There is usually a yearly membership fee of $10 per person, or $20 for a family, but that has been waived for the 2007-2008 hiking season. Riders are expected to contribute gas money when carpooling to a trailhead. Try us for a hike and see if you'd like to become a member. We'd love to have you join us!
