2022-12-03 Bear Hollow Trail

TrailBlazers will hike Bear Hollow Trail at Mt Magazine State Park Saturday, December 3rd.

The trail starts at the horse camp on Hwy. 309 and winds its way through the woods. There are little creek crossings and views across the valley of large rock bluff line. There is a perfect scenic lunch spot shortly before reaching Benefield trailhead. After lunch break, we will continue on across the road to take in the view of the valley and Blue Mountain Lake in the distance. Meet at Home Depot parking lot on Phoenix Avenue at 7:45 AM to carpool/caravan to the park. Bring lunch and water. Please sign up on our website, www.thcfs.com, if you plan to attend.
