Kenya reports: Despite the rainy weather we had a great turnout for our 13th Tim Ernst show tonight. The thunder and rain competed with the music a few times but the photos were exceptional as always.
A Rare Quality of Light, 40 Years of Wilderness Photography included photos from some of our favorite shows such as Yellowstone in Winter, Iceland, the West and some that many had never seen from his first picture book, Arkansas Portfolio (I'm lucky enough to have that book autographed in 1995). It's always fun to see pictures of places we've hiked in Arkansas. Congratulations to Gene, aka Nebo Dude who won the black mat print donated by Tim for a door prize.
Becky was looking forward to the program but is under the weather. We wish her a speedy recovery! Yours Truly was sorry to miss the program but has poor night vision for driving in bad conditions. Such is life!
