Seven TrailBlazers hiked at Petit Jean State Park Saturday, February 4th.

It was a cold, wet morning when we arrived at the park and took off hiking on the Boy Scout Trail.  We quickly arrived at a spot where Cedar Falls could be observed and it was running full force. We crossed several small streams on our way to Rock House Cave where we stopped for lunch. From there it was a long trek through the woods until we came to a road that we walked down until we reached Cedar Creek.  It was a picturesque walk along the creek until we came to the bridge.  Climbing up the mountain back to Mather Lodge was the hardest part at the end of a 7.5 mile hike. Petit Jean State Park is one of the prettiest parks in Arkansas.  If you haven't hiked there, give it a try!
